How invitations work

Joining this forum requires an invitation. Members can join open spaces and invite people from a space they belong to. In private or secret spaces, invitations are controlled by that space’s creator and administrators. Samtidskonstdagarna is an exception: its members can invite others. To invite someone new, join an open space such as Inner Technology and use its Invite action. Enter their email address: they receive a personal registration link and join that space after signing up. No administrator needs to approve the invitation. People without an invitation cannot register.

Courses in a space

You can propose a course for a specific space, including a secret space. Contact Camilla with the course idea, intended space and expected file storage. She reviews and creates or approves courses before publication.

Choose how your space works

Every space has its own activity feed. Posts stay with that space and are not copied to a shared community wall. Who can read a feed depends on the space type:

Open

Any invited forum member can find it, read its feed and join. Members of an open space can invite others. Use it for conversations you want the whole community to discover.

Private

Forum members can see that the space exists and ask to join. Its feed and discussions are for approved members. The space creator and moderators decide on requests and invitations.

Secret

Only its members can discover the space or read its content. People join by invitation from its creator or moderators. Samtidskonstdagarna separately allows its members to invite.

Use a space feed for updates and conversation; use its discussion board, where enabled, for threads you want to find later. You can also message another member privately.
