Stockholm can fill a day very quickly: an exhibition, a long conversation, another walk, something good to eat. I’d recommend leaving room for a massage, too. Orchidé Massage & Spa at Slussen is at Guldgränd 1, directly opposite the Hilton.
There’s a choice of treatments, including Thai yoga massage, Royal Thai massage and oil massage. The first brings stretching into the session; Royal Thai focuses on pressure without oil; oil massage uses a more flowing, rhythmic approach. If you already know what you enjoy, you can look for that. If you’re unsure, read the descriptions and ask the salon which treatment matches your preferences. You can tell them what sort of pressure you like, too.
They offer ginger tea after the treatment, which feels like a rather lovely reason to avoid arranging your next appointment for five minutes later. Leave a little room around this one, if you can. The tea deserves to be drunk sitting down.
Make sure you choose “På Slussen” when booking, as there’s another Orchidé near Södra Station. The link below goes straight to the Slussen salon, where you can compare treatments and see the available times.

I’m recommending the Slussen location for its range of massage styles and straightforward booking. Choose the treatment you enjoy, tell the salon your preferences, and leave time for the ginger tea afterwards.
